Recently I had the pleasure of meeting Rev. Dawn, an interfaith minister who performs lots of interfaith weddings in the Atlanta area. I attended a meetup of Spiritual Entrepreneurs that Rev. Dawn started and got to know her through that event. We decided it would be great for me to head over to her place [...]
Thanksgiving report: My 83 yr old Aunt cooked a turkey and about 10 dishes along with two desserts. She hosted 15-20 people and refused to let anyone help her clean up. She’s amazing. Four generations of Aunt Margaret’s family came to share in the feast. My new puppy Roux attended the holiday event and was [...]

I had the privilege of documenting the christening of a beautiful baby at the Ida Cason Chapel in Callaway Gardens this past Saturday. Here are a few of my favorites. The one with her Dad is my absolute favorite. A reception at C’Sons Restaurant on Main Street in LaGrange followed the christening ceremony. Sydney changed [...]
One of the wonderful things about second shooting for my friend Manuel Llaneras is that I get to photograph some amazing weddings, like this one that took place at the Biltmore a few weeks ago. The children were adorable. Atlanta Wedding Photographer
I had a blast last week photographing, Kylin, Lalah and Kevin at their Pine Lake home. I’m still processing the photos, but here are two favorites I just had to share. Atlanta Photographer
Capturing the personality of young children is so much fun. So many of them wear their personality on their sleeve. I headed back to the Spring Street sledding hill today to record the sounds of sledding and found folks sledding down the hill in a 20-year old kayak. The jump that folks began building yesterday afternoon while I was there, was bigger and icier than ever.
While drivers were slipping and sliding around the ice-coated streets of metro Atlanta, mid and north Georgia, wise residents in Pine Lake were having fun slipping and sliding on Spring Street. No cars allowed. Just sleds. You didn’t even have to have a sled of your own. Folks were sharing. Young Chloe, first photo, gave [...]
Delighted to report that we got to see the grandbabies over the New Year’s Weekend. Had fun playing dinosaurs, reading them books, watching them bounce on their new trampoline, and accompanying them to the playground. Here are a few favorites of the adorable duo: Cindy M Brown | Atlanta Portrait Photographer
Recently, I had the opportunity of photographing 4-year-old Matthew and his parents as they enjoyed a morning out at Piedmont Park. Matthew, who is super adorable, made a wonderful subject. Here are a few of my favorites from the day:
Our grandson is 4 now. His birthday party at Diddy Bops in Hattiesburg, MS was the tops. He had lots of friends jumping and running and playing and eating. Here are a few photos from the party. And here’s a link to a slideshow of favorites from the day.
Our dear friends and neighbors, the Sussons, had a baby girl on Friday and we had the privilege of visiting Mom and baby in the hospital last night. Dad needed a lift to the hospital, so we packed up the car with an extra bench for the Susson mini-van and headed out. First we had [...]
