Thanksgiving report: My 83 yr old Aunt cooked a turkey and about 10 dishes along with two desserts. She hosted 15-20 people and refused to let anyone help her clean up. She's amazing. Four generations of Aunt Margaret's family came to share in the feast.

My new puppy Roux attended the holiday event and was quite happy when he found the turkey necks that Aunt Margaret had tossed into the woods. No amount of chasing and chastising would convince him to give up his treasure.

The youngest generation of Aunt Margaret's clan enjoyed themselves in various ways.

The big surprise of the day happened when my brother Scott and his wife Kim showed up unexpectedly. They had called about a half hour earlier to tell us Happy Thanksgiving and reported they were on their way to Tahiti for the holiday. LOL
