One of the many blessings associated with being a wedding photographer is the opportunity to get to know wonderful new couples and their families on one of the happiest days of their lives. 

Sometimes I am privileged to meet and get to know a couple before their wedding, as well. Tim and Vanessa were one such couple. I photographed their engagement session in Pine Lake on a drizzly afternoon. Instead of griping about getting wet, they enjoyed hamming it up for the camera in the rain.

So, it was no surprise that both of them spread joy to friends and family who joined them for their wedding ceremony and celebration. Vanessa's laughter was contagious. Tim's antics kept everyone in stitches, including the youngest ring bearer.
