Do I really need an engagement session?

Do you need one? Probably not.

Should you get one? I say “Yes.”

The main reason I recommend an engagement session is so you can get to know me and I can get to know you and your fiance’.

You’ll have a chance to find out what it’s like to work with me.

I’ll have a chance to find out how you react to having a camera pointed at you and to prove to the two of you how much fun you can have during a photo session.

What’s the process?

The very first step to planning your engagement experience is to schedule a phone call to get to know you. This is a 15 minute meet & greet to learn more about what your vision is for your photographs. 

After we chat on the phone, I’ll follow up with you in an email and send over what's included in the engagement session as well as available dates for the shoot. 

During your engagement session, I will work to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Think of it as the two of you hanging out together, laughing, playing, and loving on each other. And I’ll there in the background, documenting it all.

After the session, we will set up an online web chat meeting to go over your images, pick out your favorite photos, as well as answer any of your questions you have about our wedding packages. You will be offered the opportunity to purchase any products or digitals from your session if you'd like.

When you choose me for your wedding, 15 digital files from your engagement session are gifted to you!
